D Heart Foundation and Humanitarian has equally sponsored and provide disaster relief items such as Rice, Vegetable oil, Maggi, beddings, Clothing, Makeshift shelter, Wheelchairs etc to the widows, the downtrodden (less privileged), Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) & camps, Victims of communal clashes and herders crisis, to those affected by flood and the physically challenged.

Champion the cause for environmental sanitation and hygiene by providing free clean and sanitized water, toilet facilities, it has also organized awareness & sensitization campaign against the intake of contaminated water and encouraging environmental sanitation in rural communities, Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camps and schools.

Donated farm inputs, tools and equipment of both fertilizer, Pesticide, Seedlings, Fertilizer spreaders, Irrigation pumps, Backpack sprayers, GPS land area measurement, Watering cans to young farming communities, widows and indigent person.

Training of farmers to be abreast with modern techniques on how to boost food production, increase agricultural yields and application of various farm inputs, tools and equipment. As well as the production of various household detergents and empowerment of all trainees with starter packs and tools.

It has over the years provided vocational training and skills acquisition to a handful of teenagers, students and indigent persons; particularly Fashion Designing, Hair Styling (Unisex), Makeup Artistry, Event Planning, Electrical Repairs, Home Cleaning, Catering and Photography others include videography, Carpentry, Tilling, Welding and Fabrication, Automobile Servicing and Repairs, Mobile Repairs, Plumbing, Painting, Art and Craft.

The foundation has also organized school debate and quizzed competition for students likewise empowering school with learning materials and lab equipment such as; Modern text books, Microscopes, Test tubes, Beakers, magnifying glasses, Volumetric flasks, Bunsen Burners, Droppers, Thermometers, Tongs, Brushes, Weighting machines, Wash bottles, Spatulas, Spring balance, Burettes, Watch glasses, Funnels, Ammeters, Crucibles, Litmus and filter papers.

Through these various interventions `programs, the foundation has consistently put smiles on the faces of the less privileged, widows, indigent students, Internally Displaced Persons (IDP), the downtrodden and the physically challenged.
